Leftist get that this is a big deal, if someone was assaulting their heroes with frozen drinks, but their lack of introspection and consistent ethics makes them rationalize bad behavior against the other side.

CBS, CNN and some other far left outlets are excusing/rationalizing the assaults as funny and tolerable.
