2019.12.30 U.S. military bans TikTok

U.S. Army and Navy banned TikTok from all government-issued devices (and suggest the same for private devices). U.S. Army and Navy banned Chinese App TikTok from all government-issued devices (and suggest the same for private devices). Australian military did same. This is a little greyer than it sounds. Theoretically, U.S. companies have to comply with U.S. law enforcement too. But U.S. law enforcement has many more theoretical constraints, and while they have some bad events, it's not like they're committing genocide on the Uyghurs, Freedom Fighters, have a Tienamen Square in our recent past, and so on.
