According to a WA judge, it was malicious and knowingly violating campaign ad law since 2017. This is another case of cheating (stolen election)... even if Washington was never in play for Trump. And of course, if they were doing it in Washington State, there's every reason to believe it was violating the law nationally and in many other states.
