Houston:

• Lakefront view
• First thing to go was the back fence and the rail on the back deck. Melissa could sit on the couch and look at the lake without pison bars.
• added in Pool (Full Swim Spa) - it is nice, but access was limited (rickety stairs), and we planned on extending the deck to make it feel like it belonged
• extended Deck, added Pergola for sitting/dining area.
• TBD - added screened in area, and outdoor kitchen for more/nicer outdoor living

  They dredged the lake in our backyark, they got quite close.

  Nice view of Lake, but rails gave it a prison feel

  The spa is nice, but a bit of a monolith without a deck, and access isn't easy.
