Alec Baldwin

A divisive (racism, sexist) actor/activist that killed a director through irresponsible gross negligence. Sometimes your purpose in life is to serve as a warning to others. Alec is a pretty good actor with a lot of accomplishments, and far left accolades for his ability to pretend to be people smarter or nicer than he is. The problem is while having low education credentials (he was pretty much given an honorary acting degree by NYU at age 36), he spends way too much of his time being a twitter troll and hypocrite while attacking everyone that isn't as far left or hypocritical as he is, usually on topics he knows nothing about: like science, economics, guns, politics, and so on. A wise man knows when to shut up about things he has little understanding of. Alec may be a fun guy to hang out with, or watch on TV, but he's not a wise man.

Alec is a great guy because he's a progressive vegan, who is rightfully outraged and abusive to the right, especially on issues he knows nothing about like Gun Control, Economics, Immigration, Minorities, and he relentlessly attacked and mocked OrangeMan (Trump). That alone shows that he's a man of good character.	Other than failing at marriage, basic gun safetly that resulted in a negligent homicide, being abusive to his daughter, and being ignorant, abbrasive and incompetent at everything but pretending to be people better than he is, he's a great guy. He is everything he attacks in others.

Some felt that jumping on Alec was premature, and the right was harsh by behaving like the left with political opportunism over his accidental manslaughter of his director. That's a fair point. But others feel that people who live on sanctimony and political opportunism deserve to be hung by their own petard (and standards) when they fall short.

• Alec's has a history of misogyny, like calling Woman "Nutty Bitch"
• 2011 (age 53) he started dating his daughtered age yoga instructor (half his age / 26 years his junior) and became a vegan, and PETA supporter and started lecturing people on saving the planet by not eating meat.
• 2011, called Asian conservative Michelle Malkin a "crypto fascist hater" for defending the rule of law (when convicted murderer Troy Davis was put to death).
• Alec has a history of racial slurs like calling a black reporter (retired NYPD officer), "coon" and "crackhead"
• Alec has a history of Homophobia and gay slurs like calling people "Cocksucker", "Uptight Queen" and "faggots". Or telling the mob to "straighten out this fucking little bitch".
• 2007, was barred from seeing his daughter because he was left his 11 year old a message saying, “I don’t give a damn that you… are a child or that your mother is a thoughtless pain in the ass. You are a rude, thoughtless little pig, okay?”
• Alec hated Andrew Breitbart for breaking stories others wouldn't and called the Jewish founder, "a festering boil on the anus of public discourse", and Andrew responded, "There's NO REASON you should talk to me like I'm your daughter".
• 2009 he became person non-grata (on blacklist) in the Philipines after joking about their mail order bride business.
• December 2011, Baldwin was beligerent with flight crew and forced to leave the plane.
• October 26, 1995, Baldwin assaulted photographer (broke his nose) for taking picture of his then wife (Kim Basinger) and daughter coming back from Hospital. Then verbally or physically assaults at least 5 other photographers over the coming decades.

SAG rules: "Treat all weapons as though they are loaded and/or ready to use. Do not play with weapons and never point one at anyone, including yourself." Always check to see if a gun is clear, yourself. The gun is always loaded / never point it at anything you don’t want to destroy - at any time. This was not a "prop-gun" as the media lied. This was a gun that they were target practicing with on breaks (in violation of all safety protocols). The camera crew had walked off the set becuase of a lack of safety. There were 3 other accidental discharges before the fatal one (they ignored warning signs). Alec was both the producer and the actor. Both had a responsibility to safety check the other. Alec deserves only the treatment he would give/demand for anyone else but himself. Results Knowing that, and what people have testified to about the shooting, Alec is guilty of gross negligent manslaughter. The only question is whether there will be justice for it. No person with basic gun safety points a gun at another human and pulls the trigger without checking/validating that the gun is clear/safe, no matter what someone else told them. Even for the camera. Period. Beyond that, this wasn’t even for a scene where shooting at the director was required — it was where Alec was fucking around after scene, and the director said “cut” and Alec mocked her by shooting her, only it was a loaded gun. And that’s precisely why you never point a gun at someone else and pull the trigger. He broke SAG rules, gun safety rules, and the rules of anyone that has ever been around guns. A producer (Alec) should fire an actor (Alec) that points a gun at another person and fires. The actor (Alec) should quit if the producer (Alec) doesn't hire good safety personal or enforce good safety practices. The producer (Alec) is responsible for not fixing the crews concerns. And many other actors have come forward and admitted that their gun wranglers (safety officers) always showed them a weapon was clear as handing it to them, and expected them to validate it. And even then, the shooter doesn't point it at another person, unless the scene ABSOLUTELY requires it. (And it almost never will, as you can fix it with camera angles).

You're allowed to be an idiot with opinions, but celebrity magnifies your message. If you're a twitter troll, and verbally abusive to women/gays/minorities (including your own daughter), and you shoot people through gross incompetence, you might not want to draw attention to yourself on those causes by ranting about Trump is evil because he can't control his tweets, or attacking Cheney or cops that shot people under less negligent circumstances, or about how much a champion of women you are. Just sayin'.
