Latin for "art of technology" is a website covering news and opinions in technology, science, politics.
Latin for "art of technology", it is a tech blog created by Jon Stokes (and Ken Fisher) in 1998. Varying degrees of crap and brilliance. Allowing lower journalistic standards and longer article formats returns some value, especially in the tech sector. But their politics varies from left to far left, and gets wrapped in faux science.

I'd created my first site a couple of years earlier, and met and know Jon. He's not a bad guy in person. Politically, he can be a bit of lefty (see resistant to facts he doesn't like) with the exception in being pro-Guns. Technically, he is competent. (That's actually meant as a compliment, not a slight and is higher than many tech magazines).

One of Ars Technica's more obnoxiously left-wing writers, charged with pedophilia (after bragging grooming skills and sex with an 11 year old while seeking sex with a 7-year-old and a 9-year-old). Peters opinions on Jailbait and the psychology of child molesters was fine with Twitter and Ars... while they would have banned conservatives for less.
