Twitter-ban for mocking Maxine (2018)

Maxine lied and insulted someone, when they insulted her back (with bad wig), they blocked the rebutter for 7 days.

Maxine, the perpetual liar and insulter, accused someone of being a Russian Bot, and they retorted that she was a retarded, corrupt, and has a bad wig... and they blocked the rebutter for 7 days. The lie of calling someone a Russian asset isn't an insult, but pointing out the truth that they wear a bad wig/weave is.

If Twitter applied the rules fairly/consistently, this wouldn't be a big deal, but the left regularly says 10x worse to conservatives and is virtually never blocked or punished.

Maxine has medusa hair, or is it her pet (familiar)? Making fun of her hair is not racist, as long as I don't think all black people's hair is a scary animal. (I don't). And Democrats made fun of Trump's hair, so if it's racist, they're worse.

James Woods decided to double down and tweeted, "That’s a wig? I thought it was a service animal..."

Another replied, "I wonder what it eats?", and someone else retorted "[if brains,] It must be starving". Old joke, but particularly apropos.

Someone else pointed out, "Now let’s be fair! Maxine Waters wig is actually the most dignified thing about her." True dat.

My view has always been that the party of Hillary Clinton, Maxine Waters, Elizabeth Warren, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, Michelle Obama, and so on, doesn't get to complain about Trump's crassness. Well, at least not without looking like complete hypocrites.

Some will claim that I'm just using ad hominems but each of those claims is demonstrable. Black Pelosi with less class, more race baiting. Her wheel might still be spinning, but the hamster is dead.

It's not that Twitter lacks intellectual diversity (and is 99.7%+ Democrats, based on political donations), or that they censor conservative truths that are too hard for them to debate. It's that they lied about it, and pretended there was no shadow campaign or bias. Hopefully Elon Musks acquisition will help with that.
