American politician and actor from California, that was cheated out of his seat in 1996 by Loretta Sanchez.

Bob Dornan was running for re-election in my district in Santa Ana, California. I watched Loretta "Dirty" Sanchez steal the election with various illegal gimmicks. Dornan showed that there was more than enough illegal/questionable votes to swing the election (4,762, in an election with 1,000 margin), but the law looked the other way, because Dornan was a Republican.
