China Police Department in U.S.

Biden admin allows China police station in NYC, violating human rights, international law, and territorial integrity.
China has opened “overseas police service stations” to monitor its citizens living abroad, including one location in New York City. According to Human Rights watchdogs, these "violate the international rule of law, and may violate the territorial integrity in third countries"... e.g. the Biden admin is ceding sovereignty of our nation/laws to the Chinese.

It's a bit nuanced, as just because they say they are a police station doesn't mean they get to do things a normal Police station would. But it's naive to ignore that even calling it that offers the impression that they can. (And is a loss of face).

China basically declared America part of their jurisdiction (along with hundreds of other countries), and if the U.S. won't lead by saying, "that's a big NO!", then how can we expect/demand that smaller countries don't become vassal states in the Chinese Empire? This should be a PR nightmare for the Chinese to let them know the limits. Otherwise this is the Panda's nose under the tent flap. It won't be long before you're sleeping with the whole Panda.

More than that, China has a long storied record of ruining the lives of dissidents and their families. So there is an implied threat that they will destroy the families of those of who the Chinese Government disapproves -- even if they do so abroad (in the U.S.). So this isn't some toothless bureaucracy, but the equivalent of the KBG opening a foreign office in downtown Manhattan.

America First would demand a big "no", or reciprocity. The Biden admin? Silence...
