- The claim is that he assaulted Planned Parenthood Elizabeth Blackwell Health Center abortion clinic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, twice on Oct. 13, 2021
- The District Court in Philadelphia investigated and dismissed the charge earlier this summer. The incident was that a pro-abortion protester was verbally assaulting Mark's son and was getting in his face. Mark told the guy to back off, and stepped between them, and when the protestor continued to scream in sons face, Mark pushed him back to no injury.
- So why are the feds involved? And why is this worthy of a SWAT team sticking assault rifle's in Mark's face? Because Joe Biden's DOJ is charging the guy with an obscure crime, ""Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances," which makes it a federal crime to "injure, intimidate, and interfere with anyone because that person is a provider of reproductive health care." A newly invented statute. Of course pushing someone back because they are screaming at your kid, wouldn't qualify to a rational human. And the male that was pushed wasn't trying to get reproductive services, he was attacking a Catholic for offering sidewalk counceling and alternatives to scared girls seeking potential alternatives to infanticide. - As Philidelphia State Sen. candidate Doug Mastriano said, "The continued weaponization of the FBI and persecution by Joe Biden’s DOJ against ordinary Americans is an outrage". It doesn't even matter if it's true -- it is what the perception is based on a series of bad actions like this one, with poor justification/communication.
