This shows some demos about Subpages.
For example, to show all subpages use: {{Special:PrefixIndex/Help:Examples/|stripprefix=1|hideredirects=1}} and it will show a list of subpages (3 cols) wide.
You can suppress the heading path with
- stripprefix=1
You can strip redirects with:
- hideredirects=1
While I created a macro {{Subpages|{{{1}}}|stripprefix=1|hideredirects=1}} to allow abstraction and replacement of PrefixIndex with a future extension like SubpageList -- the truth is for any complex display, I should be using my own templates that use SMW & Categories to display lists, because I end up with far more control over look and elements to show beyond just the name.
Something more like: {{Show List Bullet|[[Category:Examples]]}}
