Kellog's Special K Crustless Quiche

At 170 calories this is a pretty tasty and guilt-free breakfast, for those of us managing cals and carbs.
Costco had these for a while, but they've since disappeared. (I think they were discontinued, because I liked them). But they were a low calorie/carb (170 cals) way to have a tasty little egg breakfast now and again.

Costco had a sale on these things, and I like a Quiche. While I love the crust, a crustless one was only 170 calories: so a pretty guilt free breakfast. I gave it a try. Wow. I had a little Tapatío for heat / added flavor -- that's the best f'in 2 minute egg I've ever had. Fast, easy, and fairly healthy. That and my new Keurig coffee maker (after swimming my laps in the fastest time ever), makes for a great start to the day. (I think they were discontinued, because I liked them).
