Virtually all of Hollywood and Media are Democrats and hypocrites, outraged at Republicans for doing less than they.

Democrats started MeToo to attack Republicans, but then the truth got out about their worse behavior. Projection is assuming others are like you. So the reason Democrats, Hollywood and the Media was always assuming the worst of Republicans, was because they knew what they'd done. It turns out they were far worse in deed, degree and quantity.
