Twitter's Blacklists show that they were Shadow Banning as conservatives claimed and leftists and their media denied.
Twitter's Blacklists (Shadow Banning), a practice referred to as "visibility filtering" by previous Twitter management. Weiss showed that they censored Libs of TikTok, Jay Bhattacharya, Dan Bongino, Charlie Kirk. Playing word parsing, prior management claims that they didn't "Shadow ban" as that would be 100% blocking of content, this was only eliminating all discoverability of the tweets so was just "filtering".
