- Persian Basil ~ Reyhan
- Mint / spearmint ~ Nanaw
- Cilantro ~ Geeshneez
- flat-leaf parsley
- dill
- Tarragon ~ Tarkhoon
- Persian Watercress ~ Shawhi
- Green onion ~ Peeazcheh
- Chives ~ Tareh
- Radish ~ Torobcheh
Directions[edit | edit source]
- 2 bunches whole fresh herbs, in any combination
- Plate with Feta, Olive Oil, Olives, Flatbread, Nuts, Persian Cucumber
Results[edit | edit source]
Delicious little gnosh to snack on. But while simple, it becomes addicting.
