Smoked Cod

- Cod
- Seasonings -
- Favorite Spices -- I like Slap yo Mama, or TexJoy
Directions[edit | edit source]
- Season the meat.
- Smoke @ 225 until it gets to about 145 - this only takes about 1 hour (if your smoker goes lower, you can go longer and get more smoke flavor in it).
- wrap in foil and rest for 30 mins
