- Elon paid a fair price for twitter (actually too much), the twitter employees are ballistic, as is the left. While they never had a problem with leftist billionaires tainting our media narratives, a libertarian/free market one? This is aweful.
- The way the left (and Twitter) reacted to the thought of Elon buying Twitter, proved everything the right said about Twitter all along. And that the left knew it. It was a partisan platform of leftist hate, and they don't want to have a dialog of ideas that they know they will lose.
- The left said billionaires shouldn't buy media outfits... unless they are Powell-Job, Bezos, Bloomberg, Buffett, Ted Turner. When it's a non-far left, free speech, non-globalist? Then it's a problem.

What IS important is that Elon has shown in the most public way imaginable, that Twitter will henceforward be a place where you can post an alternate viewpoint of what is happening in the world today. For many years now, a post like this would see you banned. The left is terrified that they no longer have the market cornered on disinformation and spin. Now the infowar REALLY can begin. |
