There's statistical outliers, and there's multiple 1 in 1 trillion outliers. 2020 was the latter. If you flipped a coin and it landed on it's edge, 5 times in a row, would you be suspicious? That's what this is about -- multiple way, way outside the norm improbabilities. Again, they don't have to be right, they just have to be improbable enough that questioning the results is reasonable.
