Facts

• The claim - sourced to Indianapolis obstetrician-gynecologist, Caitlan Barnard (an anti-Trump political activist) - went viral, with multiple outlets breathlessly repeating it despite it having just one source, with no corroboration. She got a call from another doctor about an abused child, and her first instinct was to call the media and leak the story? Then go on a press junket about the story. And you can't get any validating info from her because of Doctor-Patient confidentiality.

• Under Ohio law (Revised Code 2151.421), a physician is required to report any case of known or suspected physical, sexual, or emotional abuse or neglect of a child. As is the reporting doctor (Caitlan Barnard) in Indiana. Nobody seems to have that case reported.

• This is a serious crime, and there's no mention of criminal investigation, no police involvement, not even a town where this allegedly occurred. Nobody can find any evidence of this happening.

• Abortions below 15 YO are rare (52 cases). Nobody can find this case, despite a small pool. The timing is completely convenient for the leftist agenda. The victim or their family, if reported could make a killing on GoFundMe, or from Democrat donors, yet have not come forward.

• The article was first published in the Indy Star (local Ohio paper), and picked up by a huge international press (despite no verification efforts). Far left The Hill, Newsweek, Guardian and TMZ all ran with it. Without any validating the source.

• The Ohio Attourney General looked into it, and called bullshit. No case existed, as would be required by law.

• Then the far-left Columbus Dispatch showed an arrest was made because of this case. But only after the right wing media started asking questions about the case (doing Journalism). Why hadn't they charged the rapists? Oh, because it was an illegal immigrant (Gershon Fuentes). If Sleepy Joe had enforced the immigration law, then there would have been no need for an abortion. The left went silent on the topic, and only the right wing media does follow-up. now that find out that it was a far left immigration policy that contributed to the crime.

• While talking about Abortion, Biden managed the most divisive, partisan and muddled messages possible:
  • Joe attacked the Supreme Court ruling in an unusually direct and incompetent way that disagrees with virtually all Legal Scholars, claiming that he knows there's a right to abortion in the Constitution, even though it was never mentioned in that document, and they had laws against abortion when it was written.
  • Joe lied that "hospitals and doctors would hesitate to treat women who've had a miscarriage", or they might delay treatment to “call the hospital lawyer.” Completely untrue.
  • Joe blathered, "Right now, in all 50 straits and the District of Combia…" (States, Columbia) and "terminate the presidency" (Pregnancy).
  • Joe's Ron Burgundy momement, he read the teleprompter directions to him, "End of quote. Repeat the line."
  • To double down on stupid, instead of just taking their lump for his gaffe, they argued about it, and magnified it by claiming he said, "Let me repeat the line". No, he didn't. You can watch the video and see he didn't say, "Let me"... and if he had, the next thing he should have done is actually repeat the line. He didn't do that, he moved on to another point. (The same line should have been repeating in the speech/teleprompter. So the lie to cover the gaffe, just made it worse.
  • To triple down on stupid, they went and doctored the official WhiteHouse transcript to claim he said, "Let me repeat the line" instead of what he actually said. They thinking Stalin'ing history, and doing 1984 stuff makes them look good to the informed. Of course their party won't notice or care. But people that care about the truth do.

• Joe Biden used the lefts Ghestappo (the DOJ) to create a task force to subvert the Supreme Court ruling on Abortion being a state and not a federal issue. If this was Trump subverting a branch of the government, the left would be calling for another impeachment. They claim the goal is to protect "reproductive care" but in leftist speak that will not apply to pro-life pregnancy centers, of course.

Conclusion

So we know the following:

1. The media narrative was a fraud all along. The 10 year old could have gotten an abortion in Ohio, and never needed to travel accross state lines.
2. The creator of the narrative is a scumbag activist that failed to report a child rape, but thought the first thing she should do is call the media to polarize the story. But leave out any salient details that didn't reflect well on leftists.
3. The leftist DA's had not charged or held the person for the crime of child rape, until real journalists (right wing media) raised enough attention that they were going to look bad for not charging/holding the person. How many other cases like this have flown below the RADAR?
4. Biden botched everything about the story. He shouldn't have run with an unsourced story. The story actually shows that his immigration policy costs lives. His narrative that she was denied imaginary abortion rights was all fraud. And of course he botched his communication on it so bad, that it made the story about his incompetence -- and all he managed to do is divide the nation more, after running on being a great uniter.
