Democrat Politician pretending to be a Supreme Court Justice.

Remember the basics, Kagan was appointed despite no Judicial experience. But she was a female, Lesbian, left wing activist, and that's good enough for Obama and the Democrats. When all she does is embarass the court, every time she has an opinion.
- She's an obnoxious divider, and small thinker. In a total lack of self-awareness she undermined the integrity of the court, by attacking those that put politics above the law. But then that misses that's what her side does. [1]
- Her stated position is that the Court should serve the will of the people. (And by that, she doesn't mean all the people, just the leftist polls). Which is diametrically opposed to what the law and Supreme Court was created for; being a moderator for whims of the public, and to prevent tyranny of the majority. If she'd studies American History, she'd know that.
I suspect as she continues to be on the losing side, he barbs will continue to show what a bad jurist she is.
Other[edit | edit source]
- Kagan consensus builder? - Unhappy pouter and betrayer of the court, sad that bullying didn't work and she has no powers of influence. Of course Politico and the left try to build up her rep as a consensus builder, despite no actual history of it (nothing they can point to). She's unhappy that the court has gone in a constitutionalist and not progressive direction.
- Lies about Domineque Ray Execution - The ACLU and Medium team up to lie (FakeNews) about an execution. Their claim is that a man was executed without allowing Muslim Clergy present, while Christian Clergy would have been allowed and freedom of religion or equal access was denied. The facts are that Alabama had a policy that only volunteers are allowed (no matter their denomination).
- Politicizing the Supreme Court - We can argue that the Supreme Court has been politicized since 1804 when Chase was impeached for being too partisan. But you can also argue that since the Senate acquitted him, it's always had certain independence and autonomy, no matter how bad the Justices are. But historically, it's virtually ALWAYS been the Progressives/Democrats that politicized the court.
- Supreme Court/Sides - There are two "sides" of the Supreme Court, the Originalist/Texualists, and the Activists/Progressives (anti-Constitutionalist). That doesn't mean the former are always right, or the latter are never right... just usually. But their bias hints how they are likely to rule and why. Did the Constitution say it, or do they imagine in what it should have said.
- The Supreme Court should reflect public opinion - The worlds dumbest Supreme Court Justice claims that the Supreme Court should reflect public opinion. The court was created for exactly the opposite purpose: to defend the constitution and individual’s civil liberties from tyranny of the majority. They were given lifetime appointments to help them avoid public pressures, and to defend the constitution. Not defend the whims of the far left.
