Kagan is either an idiot or a liar… or both. I doubt she’s as dumb as this statement, but think she’s counting on her base to be dumb or immoral enough not to call her on it.
In the real world, this should be an impeachable offense. She’s stating she doesn’t intent to follow her oath of office, and defend the Constitution (the law of the land) and instead wants to rule based on feelings and politics.
In peak hypocrisy, Kagan referenced times in history when "Supreme Court justices failed to discipline themselves and instead “attempted to basically enact their own policy or political or social preferences,” saying that this puts court legitimacy at risk."... you mean like when Progressives took over the court in the early 1900's or the Blackmun court that passed Roe v. Wade? The ignorant twat is either warning her follow progressives that the backlash we're seeing now is the natural consequence of progressive overreach, or she doesn't know basic history of what she's saying.
