Kyle Rittenhouse was a white supremacist/racist looking for trouble, didn't belong there, crossed state lines with an AR-15, chased down and killed 2 innocent black BLM supporters, who were peacefully protesting the killing of an innocent unarmed black guy named Jacob Blake. Systemic Racism was once again proven as Kyle was let off without charges, or let go a travesty of Justice.

After 3 days of violent riots over a righteous shooting of Jacob Blake (an armed repeat felon who pulled a knife on a cop), BLM supporting Kyle (a trained medic with no history of racism) went to his families commmunity in Kenosha to offer medical and other assistance. After a day of cleaning grafitti, it got dark, and a group of white felons started attacking Kyle for putting out a fire they started. After beating him with kicks and skateboard (despite him running away), and not letting him escape, he shot his aggressors. The obvious case of self defense was unanimously decided.

• [4] Kyle was a vigilante or terrorist.
• [5] Kyle was a White Supremacist. He Flashed White Power signs, hung out with the Proud Boys.
• [6] Kyle was an active shooter, fired over 20 rounds and that's why the Antifa "Heroes" went after him: to protect lives.

Facts

• [1] Kyle had as much right to be there as the rioters. He had family (father, grandmother, aunt, uncle, cousins) and best friend live in Kenosha, he spent a lot of time there as it is <20 minutes away from his Mom's house. (She was working and didn't drive him).
• [2] Kyle defended himself against 4 white antifa serial felons with records of assault and child molestation. 2 white guys were killed, 1 wounded, while Kyle was trying to get away from all of them. There's no evidence his actions had anything to do with race.
• [3] Kyle's weapon was legal, he didn't bring the weapon accross state lines (he kept it at his friends house), and the Judge threw out the weapons charge as he was allowed to carry it.
• [4] The case was uninimously ruled self-defense which proves he wasn't a vigilante or terrorist. The most the prosecution could go for was that Kyle provoked the assault by having a gun, offering medical aid, and running away whenever he could.
• [5] No evidence that Kyle had anything to do with Proud Boys, which are not white supremacists, nor did he flash "White Power" signs. The first was based on a doctored photo hoax and rumor that he had dinner/drinks with Proud Boys. And the whole "OK" hand gesture is white power sign is based on debunked 4chan hoax (they created the rumor to show how gullible the left leaning media and their followers are).
• [6] Kyle was never an active shooter, he never fit that posture or action: he was assaulted and chased (by a guy that had threatened to kill him, multiple times) before he fired any rounds. He kept running TOWARDS the police and safety (not towards the crowd), and his gun had only fired 8 rounds (22 rounds were in the magazine), and no one but active assaulters were hit (he never sprayed rounds or fired at anyone that wasn't an immediate threat). He only incapacitated and didn't kill Gaige Grosskreutz. The whole "active shooter" was made up but an unscrupilous prosecutor as their case against him fell apart.
• [7] Kyle only wore gloves because he was offering medical aid throughout the day and night.
• [8] The prosecution was corrupt bringing charges that were clearly self defense, hiding evidence like high quality drone videos or the identity of witnesses (Jump Kick Man), implying "right to remain silent" is evidence of guilt, that you have a legal responsibility to take a beating from a mob and not defend yourself, not charging their witnesses with crimes they committed, still going after Kyle's friend (Dominick Black) for legally holding a weapon for him. The judge already threw out those charges on Kyle.
• [9] The prosecution recklessly waved a gun (with his finger on the trigger) at the Jurors and the Courtroom, that was likely criminally irresponsible (and probably intended to intimidate). Of course the DA won't charge itself for behaving worse than Kyle. But Memes mocked the stunt.
• [10] There were multiple motions filed for mistrial or for appeal. If the Jury had gone against Kyle, the Judge would have likely recognized prosecutorial misconduct (likely with prejudicie: e.g. case dismissed), if he didn't, the appeals would have likely come out in Kyle's favor.

Case against Kyle Rittenhouse

🗒️ Note: Rosenbaum was a bipolar mental patient (and serial pedophile) that was off his meds, and who minutes earlier was daring anyone in earshot to shoot him and yelling, in Rittenhouse's presence, “If I catch any of you guys alone tonight, I’m going to fucking kill you!” He was chasing Kyle, who was running away, and tried to take Kyle's gun when he was shot. The prosecution argued in opening that the defendant had not acted in self-defense when he shot three people. They had witness after witness admit that Kyle was fleeing, never the aggressor, and that the aggressors were all charging Kyle and preventing him from escape. They had successfully kicked him multiple times, smashed a skateboard across his head, hit him in the back with an unknown liquid, and was trying to disarm or incapacitate him, before Kyle shot. Their final witness admitted that Kyle only fired at him, after he pointed a loaded gun at Kyle causing the prosecution to face-palm themselves in front of the Jury. This was the same prosecution witness whose best friend tweeted from his hospital bed, that his biggest regret was that Kyle shot first. The prosecution closed the case saying that while Rittenhouse acted in self-defense but that he forfeited his right to self-defense by provoking Joseph Rosenbaum by putting out a dumpster fire that Rosenbaum had set and was attempting to push toward a line of police cars, or that maybe Kyle had once swept Rosenbaum (let the muzzle of the gun, momentarily point in Rosenbaum's direction). Somehow, either of those acts meant Kyle gave up his right to self defense. The prosecution seriously argued during summation that Kyle should have let Rosenbaum and the other thugs who were assaulting him, to disarm him and let himself get beaten, "Everybody takes a beating sometimes, right?" (Those are the prosecutions words). That was the defenses case: that we should trust felonious thugs with long rap-sheets, because only good guys beat people and try to burn down cities.

Fake News

Lies included fabrications like: Kyle was a murderous vigilante or terrorist, that he had a "weapon of war", that Kyle shot people without provocation, that the assaulters were black, that the violent repeat crimnals who attacked him were victims or murdered, that Kyle was a white supremacist (or Proud Boy) or that it had anything to do with race (or "White Privilege" that he got off, like OJ or Jussie Smollett). Facebook and Twitter banned people from calling it self defense -- and offering no corrections, apologies, or reciprical bans for those that lied about it or promoted violence on Kyle or his supporters. As the case was falling apart, instead of reporting why, the media spent time on distractions like the Judge bringing in "Asian" food, or his ringtone, as evidence of why he might be a racist / Trump supporter. (Seriously). If the evidence proved you wrong, adults would admit mistakes. Instead the left media, mob and celebrities all had tantrums that an innocent man was freed. Many repeated their lies. Most outlets never offered corrections, those that did, just silently altered the history to pretend they weren't wrong for over a year. If you want to know why the informed don't trust the media, or think the left has too many extremsists? This is an example.

Look deeper, and what do you find? the ignorant or biased think Kyle is guilty and this was a travesty of justice (and racism) the informed know better Take the most important question: Kyle Rittenhouse attended the protest against police brutality in Kenosha, Wisconsin in August 2020 with a semi-automatic rifle to... (A) "help protect the public" (B) "to provoke violence" That answer is easy and indesputible: it was to protect the public. Anyone that says otherwise is ignorant or biased. How do we know? All Kyle's actions, statements, history, and evidence were consistent with (A), none with (B). If he was the vigilante, trying to provoke violence as an excuse to harm others and play the hero, he was doing it all wrong. Thus those at that answer (B) aren't just differences of opinion. They are ignoring all facts and evidence that disagree with their biases -- and reading in an intent based on a lack of any behavior to confirm it. Their race, gender, party and other biases are all secondary symptoms of that bigger truth.

Conclusion

I don't care what side someone is on. Just be honest. The claims by the leftist media aren't honest: this wasn't racism, nor was he a vigilante or terorist, he was a kid trying to help his community, that was forced to defend himself. If Kyle hadn't been there, there still would have been riots, violence, and deaths: they happened before Kenosha, and are having afterwards. There's a group of anti-American agitators that are looking for excuses to hurt people and steal things. Jacob Blake was an excuse. Kyle Rittenhouse is an excuse. And there were dozens of other excuses before and after.

Maybe if Kyle wasn't there, the short term outcome would have been better. But we 100% know that if the repeat felons that were shot by Kyle had been held accountable for prior crimes more, or for the crimes they were committing the day of and leading up to the shooting, that this definitely wouldn't have happened. So what's the bigger issue?

• (A) Allowing do-gooders to go armed into a riot area to put out fires, clean up graffitti, and help people medically
• (B) Allowing do-badders to go armed into a riot area to start fires, create graffitti, terrorize and vandalize until someone gets hurt and says enough?

I'll leave room for disagreement with anyone that can be reasonable. But you can guess which way I'll vote.
