The Fake News starts trotting out far-left legal experts (Atlantic on Seleimani) to explain how this was illegal (it isn't). But even if true, it would still be following prosecutorial norms and precedent to ignore, not have histrionics. If Democrats didn't have double standards, they'd have no standards at all.
