Facebook is 3 things: bad interface, bad management, and biased policies.

I want a social network that gives me control of what I see and share. Zuckerberg thinks ruthlessly stumbling on to lucky timing is the same thing as being really smart, and the world would be a better place if he ran it. Dunning-Kruger gets inflated by narcism and being surrounded by yes-men. Then he got political, and made him an enemy of Democracy.

I used to think that Facebook was just another company, more interested in bottom line and exploiting their users than anti-Capitalistic stuff, like they are evil, etc. But the more we learn of them corrupting 2020 elections with $400M, selective censorship, and other asshole/hypocrisy/dishonest policies, the more they moved from apathy column, to sincere disdain. They're a lousy social network (from a UI and policy PoV), Mark Zuckerberg is a lousy steward of free speech, they have two modes (a) incompetent (b) evil. They're the epitome of modern fake-liberalism; an intolerant echo chamber with zero introspection, and less diversity of thought.

Candice Owens suspended for telling the truth - Candice Owens was again suspended (blocked) for telling the truth. What did she say that was so offensive? "Liberal Policies Incentivize Fatherless Homes"... what are those policies? That they pay people to have kids without Fathers. Facebook seems to deny the reality that you get what you incentivize.
Candice Owns beats Fact Checkers - Candice Owens pointed out the truth: that Joe Biden was NOT yet the President-elect (until the electoral college has met), and thus the media is lying when they claim he is. So Facebook and PolitiFact censored her. She sues, and they were forced to back down.
Chadwick Moore - Spectator columnist (Chadwick Moore) got banned for linking his own articles published in the Spectator. The articles are intelligent, reasonable, and ask questions that leftists are Facebook are unable to answer. Which is why they likely banned him.
Digital Kristallnacht - Under the urging of Biden administration and supporters, Social Media enacted Digital Kristallnacht: ripping through 7,000 Conservative individuals, digital businesses and communities on Social Media, breaking windows, banning, and blocking, in order to harass and ban them, all in the name of faux healing and unity.
Facebook/Bans Elizabeth Warren Wiki - In February 2013, William A. Jacobson (of Legal Insurrection) launched [1], "The goal of this Wiki is to be the most comprehensive repository of information and links regarding Elizabeth Warren, United States Senator from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts." It was blocked for impersonating Warren. She wasn't blocked for impersonating an Indian.
Facebook/Blocks Anne Frank Center - The Anne Frank Center’s post promoting Holocaust Education got blocked/removed because it “violated community standards.” Holocaust Deniers posts are still up there. Facebook never responded to the Center's complains. Zuckerberg defended Holocaust deniers by saying it is unclear if they were written maliciously or in ignorance. But Holocaust Education? Is a bridge too far.
Facebook/David Dix banned for bunny video - A friend of mine posts a lot of the traditional stuff, art photos, cat videos, and he also has some Texas conservative views. So he got perma-banned for the high crime of posting 20 seconds of bunny video (with proper attribution and link-back), only 15 seconds is considered fair use. No warning, no real clarity, just your account has been removed for violating our terms.
Facebook/Illinois Gun Owners group banned - Facebook banned popular ‘Illinois Gun Owners Together’ group for the high crime of? Being gun owners. Of course FB says that it was because of their cover photo and the group’s description (gun owners who supported the 2A).
Facebook/Saint Augustine quote banned - Facebook banned Saint Augustine, or at least a mild mannered quote conveying the message to stop focusing on the sins of others and concentrate on your own, a rewording of Jesus' Gospel (Matthew 7:3). Telling snowflakes and Facebook to mind their own busines was too much. After many complaints, it was later fixed without explanation or clarity on what went wrong.

Facebook & Congress - Mark Zuckerberg congressional testimony was a shitshow of lies, evations, and sliminess. He got bullied by congress, for all the wrong things (they aren't technically competent). Mark dodged and lied about censorship and bias, he looked like a robot, but he defended the Internet, Freedom of speech... just poorly.
Facebook Moderators - The Verge did an expose on being a Facebook Moderator, content and conditions, which both suck. The basics are that you wouldn't want to do the job. But then again, these are like much of Hollywood, they throw all the worst stories they heard in 2 hours, and it makes it more of a shit show by the density of horrors. Still, I wouldn't want to work for them.
Facebook Obstructs Justice - My Cousin is a Detective specializing in domestic abuse and child exploitation. Talking about FB, he explained how they would demand subpeonas to get child exploiters/adbuctions/etc, and change the name of their department monthly, so that the subpeonas would be wrong, and require them to get another one in the new name, while the bad guys got away.
Facebook war on Emoji - Facebooks blocks people for the high crime of using Emoji's wrong. Kids often use eggplant is substitute for penis, peach for butt or girly bits -- so the two used together to imply "horny", and is a violation of terms because it's a solicitation for sex. They seriously enforce this shit. My response:🖕👉🤥📘
Facebook/Broke Apple Store rules and got blocked - Apple rules don't allow you to install apps directly. Facebook circumvented that, and got temp blocked for it.
Instagram - Facebook bought Instagram, so what Instagram does, reflects on Facebook. And Instagram withholds likes from people, to get them to post more often, and is a known partisan outlet.
